GROUP 01

Ordering, MOQ & payment.

How small you can start, how to mix, and how a first order actually runs.

5 questions
What's your minimum order quantity?
From 100 pcs per style (mixed sizes). You don't need thousands to start — 100 is the floor for a production run on our own lines.
Can I mix styles or colors to reach the MOQ?
Yes — you can combine sizes and, within a fabric family, mix styles or colorways to build up to a workable run. Tell us your split and we confirm what's feasible.
How does a first order actually run?
Inquiry → written quote → sample → you approve → deposit + PO → bulk production → AQL QC → ship. One project manager owns the thread end to end.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit to start production and the balance before shipment (bank transfer); exact terms are confirmed on your quote. Larger or repeat buyers can discuss terms with the PM.
Do you do OEM and ODM, or only make-to-print?
Both. Send finished tech packs (OEM) or start from our blocks and fabrics and we develop with you (ODM). See the four ordering programs or go straight to private label.
GROUP 02

Samples & pre-production.

See and feel the garment before you commit to a bulk run.

4 questions
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes — we sew a physical pre-production sample in-house on the exact bulk fabric, so what you approve is what you receive.
How long does a sample take?
Typically 7–10 days once the spec and artwork are confirmed. Revisions add a short round each.
What does a sample cost?
A sample fee applies, and it's credited back against your bulk order once you proceed. It covers pattern, materials and sewing time.
Do I need a finished tech pack to start a sample?
No. A reference garment, a sketch or a clear description plus your target quantity and date is enough — the PM fills the gaps with you. Full detail on request a sample.
GROUP 03

Customization & decoration.

How your logo, artwork and branding go onto the garment.

5 questions
What decoration methods do you offer?
All-over sublimation, screen and heat-transfer print, and embroidery — chosen to suit your artwork and fabric. We advise the best method for your design.
Can you do all-over sublimation and custom patterns?
Yes — full-coverage sublimation on performance poly lets you run edge-to-edge prints, gradients and repeating patterns that dyeing can't.
Do you offer private label — custom neck labels, tags and packaging?
Yes. Woven or printed neck labels, custom hangtags and branded packaging make the finished piece fully yours. See private label.
Can I send my own artwork, or do you help create it?
Both. Vector files are ideal; if you only have a logo or an idea, our team helps prep it to production. Full custom workflow on the custom gear program.
Can I match team colors or a brand palette exactly?
Yes — sublimation is color-matched to your references so team and brand colors stay consistent across every piece and reorder.
GROUP 04

Fabric & performance.

What the garments are made of, and how the performance is proven.

4 questions
What fabrics do you use?
Performance knits and wovens engineered for the water: UPF 50+, quick-dry, cooling mesh and 4-way stretch, in a range of weights. Full specs on the fabric library.
Is the UPF real, and how is it verified?
Yes — UPF is tested to AATCC 183, the standard method for UV protection in fabrics, and rated UPF 50+. It's built into the yarn and weave, not a wash-off coating.
Can you match a fabric I already use?
Yes — send us a swatch and we match hand-feel, weight and performance as closely as our mills allow, or recommend the nearest equivalent.
Are your fabrics certified and safe?
Yes — OEKO-TEX Standard 100 tested for harmful substances, and CPSIA-conscious construction for youth sizing.
GROUP 05

Production, lead time & reorders.

How long a first order takes, how fast reorders come, and how quality is held.

5 questions
What's the lead time for a first order?
Around 5–8 weeks end to end — sampling and approval, then roughly 20–30 days of bulk production, plus QC. Your PM confirms exact dates against your quantity on the quote.
How fast are reorders?
Faster — your pattern, fabric and artwork are on file, so a repeat run skips development and goes closer to production time alone.
What's your production capacity?
Around 30–50k pcs per month across our own lines. The full factory is documented on the about page.
How do you control quality?
In-line checks during sewing plus a final AQL 2.5 inspection at the QC table before anything ships — measurements, print, seams and packing.
Can you hold stock or run scheduled repeats?
For ongoing programs we can plan repeat runs and staged deliveries with your PM so you don't carry all the inventory at once.
GROUP 06

Packaging, labeling, shipping & compliance.

How the finished order is packed, branded, shipped and documented.

5 questions
How is my order packaged and labeled?
Individually poly-bagged with your hangtags and neck labels; barcode, care and size labels added to your spec. Master-carton labeling follows your warehouse or retailer requirements.
Do you ship worldwide, and how?
Yes — finished orders go out DDP or DDU to your warehouse or 3PL, by sea or air depending on volume and timing.
Who handles customs and duties?
It's agreed up front: DDP means we handle duties to your door, DDU means you clear on arrival. Your PM maps the terms and paperwork before the container moves.
What compliance and documentation do you provide?
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and CPSIA-conscious construction, plus commercial invoice, packing list and any market documents your import needs. Certification detail on the fabric library.
Can you drop-ship to my customers or fulfillment center?
We ship in bulk to your nominated warehouse or 3PL; per-order fulfillment is best arranged through that partner. Ask your PM about the setup.
