Custom Neck Gaiters, Seamless and Multi-Way.
Custom neck gaiters from a fishing-only factory — a seamless UPF 50+ tube with no side seam to chafe your face or break a graphic, worn as a neck gaiter, a face mask, a headband or a balaclava, and printed edge-to-edge with your all-over design from 100 pcs per style.
The neck gaiter builds we make.
One seamless-tube standard, six builds — what changes is the shape, the length and the fabric weight, not the seam-free tube underneath. Each runs on the same performance knit and QC discipline. Looking for the shirt with an integrated gaiter collar rather than a standalone tube? That lives on sun hoodies with an integrated gaiter collar; this page is the separate, multi-way gaiter. A gaiter can also ship as the neck-and-face piece of a full custom gear set.

Why a seamless tube prints and wears better than a sewn one.
A gaiter isn't just a graphic on a strip of cloth. What makes a neck gaiter comfortable and the best custom surface in your whole kit is that it's a tube with no side seam — which changes both how it feels and how it prints. Here's what the seamless build actually does, part by part. (Factory-stated construction; figures are representative.)
-
1
No side seam — nothing to chafe.
The tube is knit as a continuous loop (or joined with a minimal laser-bonded edge), so there's no hard side seam running against the neck, cheek or nose bridge. That's the difference between a gaiter you keep pulled up all day and one you drop after an hour.
-
2
Unrolled, it's one unbroken canvas.
Because there's no seam to break the surface, the tube opens into a single continuous field — an all-over graphic wraps the full 360° with nothing interrupting it. It's the largest seamless, full-color surface in the whole kit, which is exactly why a gaiter is the best place to put a bold wrap design or a sponsor block. (How sublimation dyes in and holds up is on custom decoration.)
-
3
Finished edges that don't roll or fray.
Laser-cut or flat-hemmed raw edges keep the tube from curling at the neck or unraveling after a season of pulling it up and down — a small detail that decides whether a cheap-looking edge ruins an otherwise clean piece.
-
4
Stretch and recovery to hold each position.
A knit with recovery so the tube pulls up over the face and springs back to the neck without bagging out — the property that lets one tube actually hold the shapes it's worn in (the wear positions themselves are in the next section).
Seamless, edge-finished and stretchy — that's why a gaiter is the cheapest, highest-impact piece in a kit to carry a full brand graphic, and why the same tube covers so many ways to wear it.

One gaiter, worn a half-dozen ways on the water.
The seamless tube above is why it works; this is how it's worn. The same tube reconfigures across a day on the water — which is why a gaiter is the most versatile, lowest-cost piece a crew can carry. (Function, not coverage math — how much skin a garment closes off is the coverage system on a sun hoodie story; this is about one tube doing many jobs.)
As a neck gaiter
Pulled up over the neck and lower face against sun and wind; the default all-day position.
Default · all-day on the waterOne low-cost tube replaces a stack of single-use accessories, in a lightweight UPF 50+ knit that shades the face, neck and ears a cap leaves open (pair it with custom fishing hats and the head-and-neck set is covered) — which is why the gaiter is the crew giveaway and the highest-volume add-on in a gear set.
The knit a gaiter pulls up over your face on.
A tube worn over the mouth only works if the knit is light and breathable enough to wear all day. Here's what each build runs and why, by name, not by spec sheet — the gsm, blend and weave live on the fabric technology page. (Factory-stated; confirmed on the sample.)
Seamless microfiber polyester
A fine, continuous-knit poly that tubes without a side seam, sits soft against the face and takes dye-sublimation color deep and even; the base for most builds.
Lightweight UPF 50+ knit
A dyed-in, wash-durable sun-protection knit for the face-and-neck sun tube; the protection is built into the fiber, not printed on. The rating scale is explained on the UPF apparel page.
Cooling mesh & cold-touch options
An open, breathable knit for tropical builds where airflow over the mouth matters most, plus a heavier or fleece-lined knit for the cold-weather tube.
Full gsm, blend and weave data, plus the test bench: fabric technology.
Where your design goes on a gaiter.
Because the tube unrolls to one seamless canvas, a gaiter takes graphics a flat garment can't — a full wrap, a repeating band, or a single mark. Here's where a design lands on a gaiter and which method suits each; how each method is made is covered under custom decoration.
-
Full canvas
All-over wrap
The whole tube as one continuous 360° graphic: a marlin, a chart, a camo, a full sponsor scene wrapping seamlessly with no seam to interrupt it. This is the gaiter's headline spot — the biggest full-color surface in the kit.
-
Repeat
Repeating band
A brand pattern or logo repeated around the tube, so the mark reads from any angle however the wearer twists it.
-
Front
Front-face panel
The block that faces forward when the gaiter is pulled up as a mask; a good spot for a single bold logo or a team name.
-
Mark
A small logo
A low-key single mark for a subtle retail or dealer look, embroidered or printed.
Neck gaiter sizing and fit.
Most gaiters fit off one stretch size, which is what makes them easy to kit for a mixed crew. Here's how the tube sizes and where the exceptions are; the full circumference-and-length chart lives on the gaiter size chart page.
One stretch size
The standard tube stretches to fit most adult neck-and-head circumferences off a single size; the simplest way to order a mixed crew.
Length options
A standard tube for neck-and-face wear, plus an extended length cut for the balaclava build that reaches over the whole head.
Youth
A shorter, narrower tube for kids' and junior programs, in the same fabric and print.
Mix the minimum
Spread the 100-pc per-style minimum across builds and colors, since a gaiter's low unit cost makes it the easy piece to hit a first-order assortment.
